About Me

Certified Bach Flower Practitioner
& Reflexologist

Welcome, I am Renata Ristova, Certified Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner & Reflexologist, dedicated to helping people achieve emotional balance and physical homeostasis through the Bach Flower Remedy System and Reflexology – Original Eunice Ingham Method®.

As a lifelong student of the human body, I have always been fascinated by its language, its connection to the environment, and its responses to stress. Over the past twenty years, I have studied and explored a variety of healing methods, and through experience, I have developed my own integrative approach to treatment. The field of complementary medicine, as vast and rich, has offered me endless tools, points of observation, and profound understanding, along with countless ways to support my clients’ overall health and wellbeing.

At one point, I chose to focus on Reflexology. Guided by the principle of correspondence, the “as above, so below,” I was captivated and intrigued by the idea that through the feet we can access the body’s vital organs and stimulate their natural function and help the body innate ability to heal it self. This insight drives my passion to continually deepen my practice, unlocking its benefits for my clients and helping them integrate healing at a physical and emotional level.

During my journey, I discovered the Bach Flower Remedy System and was immediately drawn to its simplicity and effectiveness. I completed the Bach Flower Practitioners’ program in the United States and am registered with the Bach Foundation (UK, USA-2016-1206R). The Flower Remedies have become a complementary tool in my practice, addressing emotional imbalances and negative mental states before they manifest physically.

My goal is to make these holistic, gentle methods accessible to everyone. Through Reflexology and Bach Flower Remedies, I help individuals and families nurture emotional wellbeing, resilience, and harmony, creating a path toward lasting balance and vitality.

My journey

From an early age, I felt a natural inclination to connect with others through the body. As a child, I would place my hands on the tired shoulders of my parents and grandparents, intuitively easing tension and offering a moment of comfort and relief. Movement and physical expression were always central in my life—I practiced gymnastics, played sports, and developed a deep awareness of the body’s strength, limits, and capacity to restore balance.

This sensitivity led me to formal training in bodywork techniques, including reflexology. Over years of professional practice, I have learned how touch, presence, and body awareness can support wellbeing. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the positive changes clients experience—relief from tension, renewed ease in their bodies, and a sense of restored balance.

Discovering the healing potential of Bach Flower Remedies further enriched my approach. They have been a trusted companion in my own life, guiding me with calm, patience, and emotional balance, particularly during pregnancy, the birth of my son, and the early years of motherhood. I also observed their gentle yet powerful effects on my son, helping him navigate childhood milestones and life transitions with greater ease.

Having experienced the benefits of both bodywork and Bach Flower Remedies firsthand, I am deeply grateful to share these holistic approaches, supporting individuals and families in nurturing wellbeing, resilience, and harmony in body and mind.
